[FW1] Failover VPN to Frame

We have four sites in our wan.  Each is connected to
frame relay at a Cisco 2500 router.  Each site also
has Checkpoint running on Nokia boxes.  I have set up
the Cisco routers to failover to the Checkpoint VPN if
their frame connection goes down.  

What I need to do now is set the Nokia's to failover
site to site traffic back to frame when they lose
their Internet connection.  I'm pretty sure their are
some issues with the sites being in different
encryption zones.  Any suggestions on the best
approach, or warings of gotchas?
