RE: [FW1] Secure Remote Newbie Question




After creating the user object, we find that we have to add and remove them
from the user groups used in the rule set, clicking on the 'Install' button
at each step, before the firewall software will handle them properly.  I
have had instances where I had to do this five or six times before the
firewall software would recognize the new face.
