RE: [FW1] SecuRemote and Cable Modem

I just finished reading a checkpoint article on SecuRemote from behind a NAT
Device.

SR Client -------------- Nat device (FW or other) -------- Internet ------
FW-1 ------ LAN

The configuration is not supported in FW-1 version 3.0b. The configuration
is supported by default in FW-1 4.1. And the config requires modifications
with FW-1 4.0 SR versions above SR4003.

yup. everything to do with the ip address being stripped.

it's been a while since i've had to work with it, but that's what i
remember last time ... possibly the new SR client software can work
around this, but again ... i haven't had to screw with it for a while.
