[FW1] Migrating from Solstice Firewall-1 3.0

Dear List,

this is my first day on this mailing list. Please excuse my question if
this topic has been handled before. If you have any valid input and
don't want to put noise on this list please send your comments directly
to my mail account.

We currently run SUN Solstice Firewall 3.0 on Sparc Solaris 2.6. As SUN
has announced end-of-life for this product I'm thinking about migrating
to Checkpoint Firewall-1 4.0 on Sparc Solaris.

I'm now specifically interested in statements about stability and
availability of this product, statements about licensing and quality of
support and about overall satisfaction. And I'm interested to get into
contact with system managers planning of or having succeeded in
migrating from Solstice Firewall-1 to Checkpoint Firewall-1.
