[FW1] VPN between Linux and FW-1

I'd like to set up a secure VPN between a Slackware Linux 2.0.35 server and
a Checkpoint Fw-1 4.0 on NT.  I know I have to use ssh on Linux but I have
no idea how to set either side up.  Does someone out there know of a
document or "How-to" which will help?  I have root level access on both
boxes.
