[FW1] V 4.0 and HTTP

Hello all,
I have recently upgraded to v4.0 of the firewall, and am running into an
interesting problem.
When I make a rule change that doesn't have to do with http in any way,
everything works stellar.
I also am using an UFP server for all outgoing HTTP traffic. If I do
anything that involves any HTTP rule; such as creating a rule allowing http
traffic to a internal web server, the UFP server stops passing traffic. I
then have to issue a fwstop and fwstart command to get things going again.
Any thoughts?
