First there is no FW1 product that I know of that does true load balancing - not
Qualix, not Nokia, not Stonebeat... although I hear that things are in the works.

Qualix is my undisputed last resort for any kind of failover.  I would hotwire my
own solution first.

The Nokia does a load "SHARING" and failover, not load balancing, you pick what runs
on what Nokia FW. In failover the one that is left will run the whole show - and
they do syncronize.
