[FW1] FW 4.0 reinstall problems ...

howdy folks,
	have kind of a tricky, convoluted one. 

	Ultra2 running Solaris 2.6 FW1 4.0 build 4005 VPN+DES functioning
as a mgmt station. 

	Our reseller sent the wrong software, and we needed to get going
before they could get us the right software. Now I need to get us to
SP2 VPN+DES+STRONG. 

	Following the instructions, I've uninstalled, rebooted, and then
installed build 4031. I've copied in the files suggested on phoneboy's
site, and get the following when I try to push the policy out to
my fw:
