Your server reboots by itself frequently?  Is it configured to reboot when
it blue screens?  Have you observed a reboot?

Depending upon HOW it reboots, it could be different things.  If the machine
just simply punts itself, like the screen goes black and the next thing you
know it's going through the POST test, you have a hardware problem (probably
power supply or motherboard).  Could be a thermal failure on the CPU.

If it's blue screening, you've got a different set of problems.

More info is needed.
