[FW1] Norton Anti Virus-Problem

We use NAV-FW only for SMTP-Scanning.

In the statistics page there is a column called "Transactions withheld". but
there are no visible reasons why this messages are withheld. 
Does anybody know, how to get more information out of NAV ???
