[FW1] FW1 Error.

I am using User Authentication with Firewall 1 v4.0 on NT.  My users keep
receiving the following message while browsing the Internet:  "Unknown WWW
server".  This happens VERY often.  Does anyone know the possible cause and
solution to this issue.
