[FW1] Encryption Error

Hi,
  I got an encryption problem here.
  I have two site, site A and site B and  the keys are exchanged
correctly.

  When I try to telnet from site A to site B,
  I got the following error:
  [site A log file:] encryption failure: peer (site B) failed to reply
scheme: FWZ
  [site B log file:] cannot find my key !! scheme: FWZ

  If I try to telnet from site B to site A,
  I got the following error:
  [site B log file:] I (site B) have no private key scheme: FWZ

  Can anyone please tell me what can I do? Thanks in advance.
