[FW1] Websense and HTTP security server

Is there a bug with the HTTP security server and Websence?  I'm now
experiencing a very weird problem.  with the UFP installed into the rule
base random subnets on the network have no http connectivity to the
internet.  However everything else is fine (ftp, icmp, telnet) Is there
anyway to diable the security server?  If that is possible?  Is there anyone
else running websense with the same type of problem.
