[FW1] I want free product to spy my LAN's mail send to outer

hi, everyone
                I want monitor the mail content, It include the mail
sent by mail server and some public box (something like yahoo mail...) ,
so that some important file and information of my company cann't be sent
to outer via the internet from my company's LAN.
               Thank you for telling me the sessionwall-3 is what I
need, but It is too expensive for me. I hope get some free or cheap
product.

               someone have good idea to share with me.
