Well considering that NT is an Asymmetric Multi Processing OS, and doesn't
take advantage of the 2nd processor unless the application makes call to
it....... (I haven't heard anything about 4.1 being optimized for 2+
processors)
I would go with memory and CPU
the load on the CPU is light to average (20-40%) during normal operation...
(P166, don't ask)
the only time I have seen it peak is when compiling the inspect script
