If you are allowing ping by using "Accept ICMP" ---> "First" in Propeties
tab, it will not log.  IMHO, this is not secure since you are allowing
anyone on the Internet to ping you use ICMP packets against your network to
do some ugly stuff.  (I made a mistake once  :-(  ).  What you should do
iput in a specific rule to allow ping and traceroute from IN -> OUT only.
