[FW1] Remote Connection suggestions...

Greetings,

We have several remotes locations that have rather inexpensive internet
connections... and we would like them to be able to connect through the
firewall to retrieve Email and other work.

Please toss me some recommendations on what should be used to do this.  I am
kinda new to the FW1 realm, thus I do not know what processes are currently
in place to accomidate my request.

Playing stupid.
