The nature of TCP/IP does not allow this to be changed. There is no
difference between the telnet client and another SMTP server connecting to
port 25. Same goes for the Pop3. There is no way can block it unless you
stop allowing direct access to it. Firewall-1 does provide an SMTP server
to use as a relay agent, that relays SMTP request through the Firewall.

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort
and the address of the memory makes the data link abort
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report.
