I feel I must come to bat for these folks. We used a firebox for some 
time and in fact they are: easy to set up, inexpensive (comparitively 
speaking) and have rock solid support that checkpoint dreams about at 
night. Their only weakness is handling large number of connections can 
overrun the box, which caused us to leave the product. But for a small 
shop without that problem, I would recommend a Firebox in a heartbeat.
