[FW1] Content Screening

I am having a problem with http content screening.  The problem is this,
everything works fine with Internet Explorer but when I use Netscape the
scripts on some web pages will not run correctly.  This appears to happen
with every content screening program I have used.  Has anybody else had this
problem and if so, was there a fix for it (besides telling everybody to us
Internet Explorer).
