Thanks, I got that part, I was wondering if anyone else had to support
this application and could tell me how.   I could *not* translate this
address if it's a NAT issue, but then the user would not be able to get
to the Internet due to rfc1918 addressing.

I don't know if this help but I found those info over
  the port :

  rtsserv         2500/tcp   Resource Tracking system server
  rtsserv         2500/udp   Resource Tracking system server
  rtsclient       2501/tcp   Resource Tracking system client
  rtsclient       2501/udp   Resource Tracking system client
