1. get a new license with new ip.
2. #ifconfig <interface> <new ip address> netmask <new netmask>
3. modify /etc/hosts file
4. if necessary, modify /etc/netmasks
5. if necessary, modify /etc/defaultrouter

if you changing hostname also, then there are few more stuffs involve.. but
for ip, i think this is it.
