[FW1] cant make ftp connection with FTP client

I can make FTP connections from command prompt but I cant make with any
FTP client(such as Bullet proof,Leap FTP,CUTE .etc..)and there's no
dropped packet on firewall,all packets are accepted.

"enable FTP PORT connections" & "enable FTP PASV connections" 're enabled
in services

(FW-1 4.0 on solaris 2.6 SPARC)

any idea  ?
