[FW1] upgrading 3.0b module to 4.0

Hi, 

I am having some difficulties with upgrading an nt firewall module running
3.0b build 3064 to version 4. The setup program does not recognise an
existing version of firewall-1 running. Both checkpoint firewall-1 daemon
and snmp are running. This has happened to me twice with different modules.

I was wondering if anybody else had experienced the same problem and had a
resolution.
