[FW1] FW policy document

Hello,

I want to write a FW policy for my company.

This is not a policy in he rule base sense of the term, rather a high level 
document to state what is allowed /denied.  From such a document, the 
firewall can then be appropriately configured.

Does anyone know of such a template or pre-existing document such as the one 
I described?
