[FW1] Remote Access

Hello everyone!

We are trying to set up remote access to our NT network.
The internal network is protected by an NT server running 
NT 4.0 sp#4 and FW-1 4.0 SP#4 using NAT.  The internal servers 
are using "static NAT", but the desktops are using "hide NAT".

We are having trouble understanding how to do this.
It SEEMS that SecuRemote is designed to encrypt network
traffic between the FW and the remote client and we've 
installed SecuRemote and successfully added the Site.  I've
got two questions.

1. What else do we need to do so remote users running 
   SecuRemote can log into the NT network and access its 
   resources?  
2. Will this work if our remote users are accessing the Internet 
   via other firewalls or routers that use NAT?
