[FW1] secuRemote help

Hi,
  I try to configure for remote access but getting "Authentication fail" 
in secuRemote client (4.0), and FW gateway log viewer should me the 
problem is rejected at rule 0 (what is rule 0?), because of 
"Refused Topology request. User not defined properly."

  I wonder what's the special trick for defining a user? In the user 
object, it's defined to use "Firewall-1 Password", and a simple password.
Encryption is using "FWZ", session key "FWZ1", data encryption "FWZ1".
Added to my user group.

  My policy is using:
my_user_group@Any  my_internal_network telnet Client Encryption ...


  In client site, the key scheme is using "FWZ". I get username and 
password query when I "Site->Make New", but after that, return only 
authentication fail.


  Does anybody know what's the problem may be? Does it a configuration or 
license problem? Currently, I don't be able to get a VPN license as the 
checkpoint rejected my license application as license already issued for 
certificate key, they want me to go to reseller. And my reseller only 
told me that I should have received it a few days ago ... :(
