[FW1] No License for User Interface Error




When I try to launch Security Policy, Log Viewer or System status on our NT
based single gateway firewall (version 4.0 SP4) it returns the error "No
License for User Interface."  The firewall itself appears to be working
normally.  I recently installed a valid license for the Firewall recently
using the "fw putlic" command.  When I do a "printlic" the expected features
are shown and will expire late next year.  

I contacted Checkpoint earlier today and they were not able to resolve the
problem.  They suggested the problem may be due to the registration
information provided by our reseller and passed problem on to them.  I have
not heard back from my reseller yet, but I doubt the problem is due to the
registration.

In Windows NT do I need to install the license using the "Firewall-1
Configuration Utility" instead of using the command line (remove all
licenses and reinstall in the utility)?  What else may be the source of this
problem?
