[FW1] firewall upgrade

Hi,

I need to upgrade Sun Solstice firewall 3.0b to Checkpoint firewall-1 version 
4.0. Is there a way to upgrade from Solstice firewall to checkpoint firewall-1.
I have the documentation to upgrade checkpint firewall-1 from version 3.0b to 
version 4.0. But I am not sure whether I can use the same procedure to upgrade 
solstice firewall 3.0b to checkpoint firewall-1 version 4.0.

I would appreciate if anyone could give me the upgrade notes.
