[FW1] fwd daemon and open tcp ports

We are running FW-1 3.0b patch3045 under Solaris 2.6.
I noticed that the fwd-process opens 6 tcp ports in the range
of 32768 to 32773 automatically on each firewall.
(The Portrange can vary but there are alway 6 ports)
I can see these ports in state idle when I do a netstat -a.
Why is the fwd-daemon opening these ports and what are
the used for?
I have not found away to disable them.
