RE: [FW1] LDAP support

This is what the Account Management Client is designed to do- format
user data specific for Firewall-1 and store/lookup this data on the LDAP
server.

Subject: [FW1] LDAP support

Hi,

Is there any restriction on the FIREWALL specific information that can
be stored in the LDAP and can be retreived?
Say for eg, the documentation says user authentication information like
scheme, server, password etc can be stored. can we customize it to have
any set of information?
For eg, can I store the rules in the LDAP database and retrieve it
instaed of storing it in the Firewall rulebase. Or say for eg, access
control information for the resources(URIs) are there in LDAP databse. I
want teh firewall to read it from LDAP instead of getting from rulebase.
Is this customization possible?

Parvathi
