[FW1] VPN - Separate Encryption Domains

Is the VPN encapsulation selection applied to a specific encryption
domain or is it globally applied to all encryption domains defined
on the firewall. Or asked differently, can I have two encryption 
domains on my firewall -- one encapsulated and one non-encapsulated?
