[FW1] Hide mode issues

I am trying to get hide mode NAT to work. 

We have the following configuration


95-PC ------------ hub -------------  firewall --------- hub
------------ router ------------- internet
10.1                                  10.2            208.21           
  208.21

all internal addresses are translated to a valid external addresss,
e.g. 208.28

I ping an address from the firewall and I get a response

I ping the same address from the 95-PC, I see the outgoing request but
not the return log entry

I have the arp set to be
translatedipaddress external firewall address

I have a default route on the firewall to be
translatedipaddress   internalNICaddress


can anyone tell me what I am missing?
