The predefined services in FW-1 should work.  But if you're looking to
allow the audio and video portions of NetMeeting, you'll have to allow a
very large range of ports.  From Microsoft's Knowledge Base:

Allow primary TCP connections on ports 389, 522, 1503, 1720, and 1731.
Allow secondary TCP and UDP connections on dynamically assigned ports
(1024-65535).
