[FW1] how "open" is OPSEC

Checkpoint claims that LEA and OPSEC are "open." However, it appears the
code that each vendor uses to implement the OPSEC protocols is copyright by
and strictly licensed by CheckPoint. They have not placed LEA and its
implementations in the public domain.

They have done a great job convincing customers that OPSEC is open,
but, in fact, it is a closed and proprietary system.

I'd be interested in solicited opinions regarding this. Thanks.
