[FW1] multiple processes

I have a feeling that this is an nt issue.  We have a firewall-1 installed
on a xeon machine with half a gig of ram.  The only thing running is
firewall-1.  When you log on to the system nt waits a few seconds then
another log on box comes up.  When the firewall starts everything is fine
for a few minutes then the percent processor time is peaked at 100%.  There
are 2 processes for fw.exe  one is at 99% the other is at 0%.  Obviously it
bogs down the system just a little bit.  Any thoughts?  Thanks
