RE: [FW1] SMTP Rejects in log - how do I get rid of them
look for the smtp spool and verify that these are the correct files. If so
simply move them out of that directory and they will no longer be sent. you
can delete them as well. I will usually move them just in case.

Subject: [FW1] SMTP Rejects in log - how do I get rid of them
The firewall log keeps trying to send email through that was rejected
while testing an anti-virus server product.
This message is in the fw log repeatedly:
| reject | SMTP | ~ | .. Connection to Content Security Server failed
I found files named R##### in a directory noted in the smtp.conf file
which look like the files it wont give up trying to send. How do I get
the fw daemon to stop trying to send these smtp files ? Is deleting
these R##### the correct action to take to get the firewall to stop
trying?
... Thanks.
