[FW1] Question

We have seen in the FW1 4.0 for NT documentation that it was possible to use HTTPs with "user authentication" ( page 113 of Architecture and Admin ) . We have tried everything , but the only way it works fine is when we accept without authentication ( with authentication , the compilation said that HTTPs is not already available with authentication ). We have installed FW1 SP4 .
We use the HTTP proxy , and the communications are filtered by a ESAFE protect Gateway server . What's the matter ????
