[FW1] FW-1 Web Client-Auth


 FWIW.. we looked into the problem we're having and apparently it is due to
 fw-1 not decoding iso encoded characters in the http POST. 
 
 so passwords like "foo,bar" become "foo%2Cbar" during the post, but fw-1
 doesnt correctly decode it, so the password auth fails.
