Or even better, if you are using 4.0 then just disable the rule and regen.  This
way it can quickly be put back if needed in a couple of days.

As somebody already said, save your rulebase (select SAVE AS) and delete
the rule.  It seems like the previous administrator cleaned up the accounts
for you.  It looks like you'll be OK by deleting the rule since there are
no accounts that applies to the rules.  Since you just inherited the box,
make sure that you changed the root/Administrator password and the
account(s) used to access the firewall mgmt console.
