[FW1] is this a new gui bug

I just upgraded to SP3 and installed the gui hot fix on my PC so I have  noticed
the following:
If you enter a criteria in the log viewer and enter a value that is not listed
in the objects listbox the criteria works but going back into the window  there
is no criteria.
