[FW1] FW-1 upgrade to V 4.0

Good Day All,

It was once written that 'some people aspire to greatness, while others have it thrust upon them'.  I recently had the please of having FireWall-1 'thrust upon me'.  
I inherited a FW-1 running on a Nokia IP440 hardware platform with config / management on a WIN NT workstation. I have very little documentation or instruction from my predecessor. I am attempting to upgrade from ver 3.0b 3078plus to  FW-1 ver 4.0 Any good documentation on the upgrade / install process for ver 4.0?
