Check the notes that explain the SP3.  You will see that this is a new option
for smtp.conf and if it is not stated then it defaults to 40.

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what this MDQ.LOG message means;

     no max_load - defaulting to 40

This started when I installed FW-1 SP3, it repeats each time FW-1 is started.
