[FW1] need help for nokia upgrade to ipso 3.2

hi,

everytime when i try to upgrade the bootflash of our nokia vpn200 i get the
following error message

disklabel:  /dev/rwd1: Device not configured
test: syntax error: undefined error: 0
dd: /dev/rwd1: Device not configured
dd: /dev/rwd1: Device not configured
dd: /dev/rwd1: Device not configured

the command was : /etc/upgrade_bootmgr wd1 /etc/nkflash.bin

does anybody know what´s wrong here
