Right. And if memory serves, Mattel sued to block the distribution of it,
then attempted to purchase it, and then there was some debate about
whether the GPL applied, and the last I heard about this was the ruling:

There's a whole bunch of stuff on that site, too. This reminds me of
parts of the WIPO bill, which, to the best of my knowledge, have not ever
been truly tested in a court of law.
