For trojans, I use Puppet's app (the NukeNabber dude) named The Cleaner, and represented now by Moosoft (http://www.moosoft.com/cleaner.php3)
Current version is 2.1.0.2, and current database, if i can remember, is 2.0.3.4 and contains 122 trojan definitions (http://www.moosoft.com/tlist.php3).
The upgrade of the database is by ftp, directly from a single button in the Cleaner desktop, that conect to Moosoft ftp server, check your database version and the newest, if needed it starts to download and install the new database file, pretty cool, and works ok imho.
