China is always a difficult one.. but perhaps you could start with
postmaster@sjtu.edu.cn

as well as root@dns.sjtu.edu.cn (the dns manager) or 
webmaster@mail.sjtu.edu.cn 

other contacts to try are:
webmaster@cert.org.cn (china's computer emergency response team)

(if you find out a proper contact email - please tell me.. I can't read
simplified chinese :{)
